After a pandemic layoff, I started my journey as a Virtual Assistant, eventually evolving into an Online Business Manager. In every role, I found myself coaching clients on how to properly onboard and work with me. It became clear that many solopreneurs struggled with building the systems they needed to grow confidently.
My goal is to help female solopreneurs step confidently into their CEO role. I guide you in building the mindset to lead, setting up the right processes, and getting your business ready to bring on your first Virtual Assistant. As a Virtual Assistant, I found myself juggling countless tasks, unsure how to create structure in my business or help my clients do the same. I was constantly putting out fires while trying to onboard myself into my clients' businesses.
I realized that solopreneurs like myself didnāt just need help with tasksāthey needed systems. They needed a roadmap to onboard support and build a sustainable, scalable business.
